	A 25,000 sq ft speculative building let on completion to Electra Beckum at a rent of £6 per sq ft and sold to a trust (Corporation of the Sons of the Clergy) at a yield of 7%. The site formed part of an existing industrial investment which was developed over a number of years.

Delta Business Park, Swindon
	The scheme involved masterplanning, infrastructure development, site sales and development. The mixture of uses included offices, industrial, hotel and leisure.
