	Appointed in 2009 to undertake a planning and strategy review of an existing leisure facility. The facility is let long term but potentially has significant mixed use redevelopment potential.

The St Katharine Docks
	A large mixed use Central London estate which presented numerous asset management and development/re-development opportunities across the office, retail, restaurant and residential sectors.

Dorney House, Burnham, Berks
	The property was purchased in partnership with an external funding partner. The property comprised a mixture of offices and retail which had been developed to shell finish. A scheme was designed to complete the development.
