Appointed in 2009 to asset manage two office buildings totalling circa 38,000sqft. The agreed business plan includes negotiating conditional surrenders, co-ordinating full refurbishment of both buildings and managing the disposal strategy.

A 10,000 sq ft, part built, office bought from Taylor Woodrow with Palace Street Developments. Category A fit out and external works were undertaken. The property was completed in December 2006 and let in April 2007 to Adventis at £26.50 per sq ft.

Substantial multi let office investment in Southampton city centre. The property presented numerous asset management opportunities including re-gearing occupational leases and head lease, rolling programme of refurbishment and reletting.
