	Appointed in 2009 to asset manage two office buildings totalling circa 38,000sqft. The agreed business plan includes negotiating conditional surrenders, co-ordinating full refurbishment of both buildings and managing the disposal strategy.

Centro, Beaconsfield, Bucks
	A 10,000 sq ft, part built, office bought from Taylor Woodrow with Palace Street Developments. Category A fit out and external works were undertaken. The property was completed in December 2006 and let in April 2007 to Adventis at £26.50 per sq ft.

Nelson Gate
	Substantial multi let office investment in Southampton city centre. The property presented numerous asset management opportunities including re-gearing occupational leases and head lease, rolling programme of refurbishment and reletting.

Mountbatten House, Chatham
	Thamesis have been appointed to undertake an overall review to include a value engineering exercise, marketing and disposal strategy and a feasibility study of alternative uses.

Anchorage House, Chatham
	This 9 storey waterfront office is part occupied and as part of our role we are coordinating a refurbishment and disposal strategy as well as reviewing future potential uses.
